An existing client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Project Manager / Contracts Manager, to commence a new role with immediate effect.

My client are an established regional Main Contractor, based in Bristol. As a business, they operate within New Build, Fit Out / Refurbishment, Cladding, M&E, and Facilities Management.

This role is specifically for the Cladding arm of the business, based out of their Cardiff Office. You will oversee multiple simultaneous Cladding / Facade projects (based across the UK), whilst being able to attend the Cardiff office for meetings etc around 1/2 days per week.

You will have relevant Degree level qualifications, as well as having good knowledge / experience within the above mentioned sectors where possible.

My client are happy to consider an individual already working in a Contracts Management capacity, or a Project Manager looking to progress.
