Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-4pm with 1 hour lunch
Location: Chatham- office based
Salary: £26,000-£30,000

A brilliant new role supporting 3 Managers of a busy Construction firm who specialise in Civils and rail. Working in a lovely, modern office with a brilliant team. This role requires a very confident and self-motivated individual as it will require lone working at times. Duties will include:

Monitoring all enquiries to main mailbox and sending tender requests to Senior Managers
Processing all site documentation onto Cloud database
Liaising with Site Managers to chase relevant information
Managing and monitoring Training Matrix ensuring all staff complete mandatory training
Supporting Admin Manager with financial duties
Sending brochures to new clients
Getting quotations from Subcontractors and Suppliers for projectsThe perfect candidate for the role:

Strong administrator with a background in Construction- ideally civils
Previous experience managing a training matrix desirable and particularly someone who has booked PTS refreshers
