Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our position as a market leader across Kensington and Notting Hill. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the patch with a firm knowledge and have existing relationships with deep understanding of the prime London property market.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Oversee and drive all sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, expand the agency's client base, and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Negotiation: Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the agency's reputation for quality and professionalism.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in a senior sales role within Notting Hill or Kensington
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
