Senior Interior Designer - Technical (3-month fixed term contract)

Office:

Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Hybrid Working, 3 days in and 2 days from home

Duties:

Lead and manage the design process for luxury Hotels, Bars & Restaurants interior projects, taking them from concept to completion.
Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD or Revit.
Create 3D models and renderings with SketchUp to bring design concepts to life.
Develop polished presentations, mood boards, and documentation using Adobe Suite.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
Conduct site visits in London and other locations to oversee the implementation of design solutions. 

Requirements:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar field
Proven experience in luxury Hospitality projects, bars restaurants or hotels
Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite - Revit experience is beneficial but not essential
Meticulous eye for detail and functionality
Confident running projects and overseeing a team of experienced designers
Strong background in designing for luxury hospitality environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
