Falcon Green is working with a fast-growing main contractor, specialising in high-end and high-value refurbishment and fit-out projects. They are seeking an experienced Design Manager to work across multiple projects in London. As the Design Manager you will be at the forefront of the design process, working alongside the Project Managers to ensure the project's success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing the design process from inception to completion across multiple projects simultaneously

* Integrating architectural/engineering vision with practical construction needs

* Coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless design integration

* Ensuring all design aspects align with project specifications, budgets, and timelines

* Overseeing design-related documentation, approvals, and regulatory compliance

* Collaborating with the project management team to deliver a high-quality, innovative, and functional interiors projects

Qualifications & Experience:

* Proven experience as a Design Manager across Internal fit out or refurbishment projects

* Architectural or Engineering background or relative Design qualification

* Deep understanding of construction design processes

* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

* Proficiency in design software and project management tools
