The Role:As a Temporary Customer Service Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve:

• Handling enquiries and resolving issues via phone
• Providing accurate information about products and services
• Building rapport with customers and ensuring a positive experience
• Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery
