* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of KS3 pupils with MLD.

* Work closely with teaching assistants and specialists to provide individualised support for pupils.

* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic development.

* Monitor progress and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

The ideal SEN Teacher will:

* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

* Have experience teaching pupils with MLD or other special educational needs.
