About the Company

Our client is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry and a leading provider of integrated management and maintenance services for parks and green spaces across the UK. As part of their expansion, they are now looking to recruit a skilled grounds maintenance operative.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services, including:
✔ Weeding
✔ Pruning
✔ Planting
✔ Lawn mowing
✔ Strimming
✔ Hedge cutting
✔ General horticultural duties

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
✅ A proven track record in grounds maintenance
✅ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Experience using power tools and horticultural equipment (push mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.)
✅ Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
✅ A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Desirable but not essential:
PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates
Horticulture qualifications
Experience operating ride-on mowers
