Job Description:

Provide support to KS2 teachers by leading small group interventions and delivering planned lessons under their guidance.
Assist with the planning, preparation, and assessment of lessons and activities to support students' academic progress.
Work collaboratively with teachers to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all students.
Support the social and emotional well-being of students, providing pastoral care and guidance as needed.
Help to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.Requirements:

Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a KS2 setting.
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience and skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
