If you are a Lettings Negotiator in London looking to step up and maximise your your earning potential whilst progressing in the industry then this is is your chance to join an exciting project. Requirements: 

• High achiever.
• Engaging personality and well-spoken.
• Motivated and driven.
• 1 year + lettings experience in London
• Full UK drivers license

Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
• Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the process.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
• Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.

Benefits:

• Basic salary of up to £30,000 OTE £70,000 +
