Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £27,000

Full-Time Hours

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2/3 nursery practitioners to join our client's early years team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and a genuine commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for young children.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or above
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and experience in its practical application
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Your day-to-day:

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities to support the development of children in the nursery setting
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children in accordance with regulatory standards
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the holistic development of each child
• Observe and assess children's progress and use this information to plan future activities
• Collaborate with the team to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework effectively
• Support children's personal care routines and maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
