What are we looking for?
- A reliable and trustworthy Legal, Data and Customer Services Administrator to work in our head office in Chelmsford.
- 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

What will we expect in return?
- On a daily basis you will be giving advice to members of the public for any parking related enquiries
- You'll be assisting with filtering and responding to email enquiries regarding Data Protection
- Process and respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation
- Assisting with responses to data enquiries from the police, Clients, and other relevant authorities.
- Assisting with collating cases to pursue through the legal process.
- Assisting with correspondence on behalf of the Data Protection Team when required.
- Ability to remain focused throughout the day
- Promote a culture of compliance, control, and transparency in handling personal data by working with internal and external stakeholders
- Process and respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights under data protection legislation after appropriate training.
- Liaising with external legal and debt providers where required
- Assistance with management of existing team where required
- Assisting Customer Services with responses to complaints where required
- Assistance with preparation of evidence packs for Independent Appeals assessments when required
What do we need from you?
- At least 3 year's general administrative experience, preferably with relevant industry experience or experience with Data Protection.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise, manage time and work well under pressure
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to make decisions based on evidence provided
- Calm and helpful attitude
- Ability to multi-task
- Following company processes throughout each of the roles
- Computer literate. Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
