Job Title: Clerk of Works

We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to join our dynamic team in the residential construction sector. Based in Newton Abbot, you will oversee high-quality housing projects across Plymouth, Exeter, and Taunton areas, ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor on-site work, ensuring quality control
Liaise with contractors and project managers
Ensure health & safety and compliance with construction standards
Prepare detailed site reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements:

Proven experience in residential construction
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
