Sales Administrator

Our client is actively seeking a strong administrator / sales support to join a growing organisation in Dewsbury.
Duties and experience includes:
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Telephone experience
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer experience including word and excel knowledge
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Work well as part of a team
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Process sales orders / queries via telephone, fax, email and EDI in a timely and accurate manner
- Answering verbal and written queries
- Analyse stock availability from screen and quote accordingly
- Allocating new stock to existing orders
- Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure customer requirements are met
