Sales Administrator

Dewsbury

£25K per annum

Our client is actively seeking a strong administrator / sales support to join a growing organisation in Dewsbury.

Duties and experience includes:

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Telephone experience
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Computer experience including word and excel knowledge
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Process sales orders / queries via telephone, fax, email and EDI in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answering verbal and written queries
  • Analyse stock availability from screen and quote accordingly
  • Allocating new stock to existing orders
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure customer requirements are met
