• HLTA qualification or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver small group sessions and interventions to support student learning.
• Cover classes in the teacher's absence, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Assist in developing lesson plans and preparing classroom resources.
• Monitor and record students' progress, feeding back to teachers and parents as necessary.
