Collins Property Recruitment is partnering with a well-established independent Estate Agency in Surrey that is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager. - As a senior member of the company you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with the local community.
- Identify opportunities for valuations and network accordingly.
- Work alongside the Company Owners in driving the business growth.
- Conduct market appraisals and arrange all activities for the property to come to the market in a timely manner.
- Managing clients and keeping them updated with regular communications.
- Negotiating offers with vendors and buyers in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and surveyors.
- Passionate about providing first class customer service and developing professional relationships.
- Maintain and enhance the agency's excellent local reputation for service.
Required skill sets for Sales Manager:
- Proven track record of generating new business and developing professional relationships with clients.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Highly motivated to build and develop the department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- A full UK driving licence.

- A competitive basic salary of £35,000 (dependent on your experience) plus a generous team commission structure (£65,000 OTE).
