Payroll Analyst - £40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus - West London

Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services on the recruitment of a Payroll Analyst to join on a permanent basis.

Our client is seeking and individuals who values an office based role (this role is requiring 4/5 days per week in the office with flexibility as and when required)

The Role:

• Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax regulations, including PSA, P11D, P60, and international equivalents.
• Lead payroll system upgrades and implementations, overseeing technology selection and best practice process rollout.
• Process payrolls across the UK & globally.
• Provide guidance on technical payroll matters, such as termination payments, benefits, and statutory payments.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and other benefit providers.
• Analyse data to address and resolve commission queries.

Skills required:

• 1+ years of solid UK payroll exposure
• Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
• Solid Excel exposure
