Job Overview: We are seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Poole. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
- Assisting with data entry and document preparation
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
- Providing general administrative support to other departments as required
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Previous administrative experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
