Home-based supervising social worker

Salary £42,000 - 44,000 + 5% bonus

NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded Fostering Agency in South West. I am looking for a home-based supervising social worker to join their team remotely to support carers in South West.

This is working for a well-established Fostering Agency that has great reputation in the UK, highly focused on offering therapeutic placements to children and young people who are vulnerable. This is a Good Ofsted fostering agency that is well-established, child-centred service.

Responsibilities

The home-based supervising social worker will supervise carers 7-9 families in caseload.

The role is full time - 37.5 hours per week - 9-5. It is home-based working; and an expectation to travel to carers in-person

There is no office attendance for this post. Carers are along the M4 corridor between Swindon and Bristol.
