Tradewind are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client secondary schools in Cheshire West & Chester who are seeking a Design and Technology Teacher to cover a pre-planned absence starting November 2024. This position is a full-time long-term placement, expected to continue for a minimum of 3 months.

The successful Design and Technology Teacher will be joining our Cheshire West and Chester school which is a vibrant, thriving and successful school where every member of the school community feels valued, safe and supported to ensure they surpass their potential.

Pay for this position is up to £223.62 per day, depending on experience.

To be considered for this Design and Technology Teacher position based in Cheshire West & Chester the essentials are:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching Design and Technology across KS3 and KS4
Excellent knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Legal right to work in the UK
Full enhanced DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new disclosureThis position is subject to safer recruitment checks including suitable references, DBS and overseas police check if applicable
