Tyre Fitter - WARD Recycling
We are looking for a full time Tyre Fitter to join our team, based at our site in Ilkeston. The role is full time Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm, with occasional Saturday shiftsand call-out work when needed, which would all be paid at a premium rate. A company van and fuel card are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be looking after repairs and fitting tyres to our fleet of around 120 trucks and trailers in the East Midlands Region
* Based from our Ilkeston site but will be expected to travel to breakdowns
* You will need to have previous experience in heavy goods tyre fitting and be able to manage stock, cost effectively
* Flexibility is essential as you will need to attend breakdowns out of hours.
* Full UK driving license
* Conscientious, organised and driven with good communication skills
* Time served with relevant certificates
* Basic computer skills
Skills and Knowledge Required:
It is essential that you have good team-work skills and previous experience in a similar role. You will be required to work both individually and as part of a team.
