The ideal candidate will be from a subcontractor background, looking for a step up to a Commercial Manager position who has a proven track record of delivering on time within budget on various construction projects. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to take on a Commercial team, lead from the front in hitting the highest standards within the commercial function. This opportunity will allow you to support the commercial function, as well as the wider team and have key stakeholder management within the business. The Commercial Manager will have a strong focus on financials, budgeting, cost reporting and liaising with clients to offer and deliver the best service possible.
