Job Opportunity: Product Training Lead

Are you an experienced professional in mechanical engineering with a passion for teaching and training? We are seeking a talented Product Training Lead to join our team and take charge of both internal and external training initiatives. Position: Product Training Lead
Location: Gloucester
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on mechanical components for internal staff and external clients.

* Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises.

* Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring a thorough understanding of product features and applications.

* Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to stay updated on new products and technologies.

* Travel internationally to provide on-site training and support to clients and partners.

* Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

* Provide ongoing support and mentorship to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns.

* Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant feedback, and performance metrics.

* Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mechanical components to enhance training content.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of product features and applications.

* Previous experience in a training or teaching role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

* Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.

* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

* Proficiency in creating training materials and using various training delivery methods.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
