Position Details:
- Location: West London
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Your Role:
As an Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of the office, ensuring operations run smoothly and clients have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, suppliers, and colleagues, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Managing a busy, ever-changing schedule and coordinating diaries effectively.
- Organising property marketing materials, including arranging photos.
- Handling correspondence, both internally and externally.
- Taking ownership of projects and conducting research as needed.
- Keeping the office environment organised, well-stocked, and functional.
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs of office equipment.
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Addressing tenant and landlord inquiries, directing them to the right team members.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative office culture.
