The Role:

Lead the Business Development team, drive business growth, and expand the client base
Hands-on, phone-based sales
No travel required other than commuting, office-based roleThe Person:

Proven experience in a Sales Lead role, with a strong track record of sales growth
Engineering/Technical Sales background ideally
Hands-on experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
