£55,000 - £65,000 (negotiable DoE) + package

Looking for an experienced Project Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor) within circa 1hr from West Byfleet to join a stable and reputable main contractor.

This c£20m t/o business has sites in areas such as Sunningdale, Winchester, Hurst Pier Point, Leatherhead, Epsom, Sunbury and Reigate.
Projects range from a new build swimming pool, RC frame car dealership, education refurbs and new build extensions from £100,000 (mostly their framework clients) to their largest at c£8m
Framework down to £100k

What they are looking for:
·A Quantity Surveyor who has worked with either Tier 1 Contractors (looking work for smaller) to regional and similar size building contractors.
·Framework experience would be an advantage
·A go-getter, with proactive approach to work who doesn't mind an office-based role with site visits.
·Located within an hour of their offices nr West Byfleet
