Multi-Skilled Engineer - E15, London - 45k

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, with overtime available

Are you a highly skilled and versatile engineer with experience in building services? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a growing service provider at a well-established educational institution based in E15, London. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 per year, with the potential for overtime, and the chance to work with an employer who values its employees

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a variety of building systems.

* Work on both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of all building services.

* Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.

* Respond to breakdowns and provide high-quality service to ensure minimal disruption to the institution's daily operations.

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety procedures and compliance requirements.

* Keep accurate records of all maintenance work and report on service issues.

Ideal Candidate:

* Qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical engineering.

* Demonstrable experience working across a range of building services.

* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and maintain multiple systems.

* Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS check

* Previous experience in an educational or similar environment is an advantage but not essential
