We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance - Capital to support a London Borough's finance team. This role focuses on capital finance management, with an emphasis on housing and capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee capital budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
• Manage housing finance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead the closing of capital accounts and support financial year-end processes.
• Provide strategic financial advice on capital investment projects.
• Liaise with senior stakeholders to drive financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in capital finance, with a background in housing finance.
• Proven track record in closing capital accounts and managing complex financial portfolios.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Available to work on a hybrid basis
