Lead and manage the administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations.
Coordinate key school processes, including admissions, attendance, and compliance.
Support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with strategic planning and data analysis.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and school communications.
Oversee HR tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff records.
Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, delivering exceptional service.Profile

A good level of literacy and numeracy.
Proven ability in an senior administrative role, ideally with exposure to HR, finance, or payroll functions in an educational or care setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn and use databases effectively.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previously worked with children and young people ideally with SEN.
