As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy, providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Delivering detailed financial analysis to support key business decisions.
• Business partnering with senior leadership to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Developing financial models for scenario planning and investment decisions.
• Enhancing financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Identifying risks and opportunities to optimise financial performance.

The key requirements for this Financial Planning and Analysis Manager are:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong FP&A experience.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Degree in accountancy, economics, business.
