Building Services Manager required for a long standing business specialising in high tech and bespoke fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Your work load will typically be in the North West and the Midlands

Seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to take a lead on a projects

Fit-out experience is highly desirable across commercial projects and commercial office related

You will be responsible for

Managing the MEP installation process from cradle to grave ensuring a high quality service to the client
Project Planning
Coordinating design on site and ensuring all is correct to programme and M&E installation
Procurement
