Randstad Education are recruiting for a permanent Room Leader for a Chester based nursery to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years
• Manage the daily running of the room
• Ensure the safety of the room for children, staff, and others
• Implementing and adhering to a daily routine indoors and outdoors
• Demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Develop positive relationships with parents/carers and encourage involvement in their children's development
• Managing the room team

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years or equivalent
• EYFS knowledge
• Strong English and Maths skills
• 1+ years experience working in a nursery or similar environment
