The Program Manager will oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale software development and implementation project for an overseas client. They will coordinate multiple project streams, manage offshore subcontracting, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and mitigate risks across the program. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive collaboration between in-house, contracted parties, and client teams.

What we are looking for:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management for large-scale software development & implementation projects.
• Experience managing offshore and multi-location teams (preferably India-based development teams).
• Strong track record in handling enterprise-level client engagements.

Technical & Methodology Expertise:

• Strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Leadership & Communication:

• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate at executive levels.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving programme success.
• Ability to handle cultural and time zone differences effectively.

Risk & Compliance Management:

• Experience in contract management and vendor negotiations.
• Strong background in budget control, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

The following would be an advantage:

• Certifications: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, or ITIL.
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, or government).
• Exposure to enterprise software platforms, cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
• ESG Initiatives and systems - Carbon footprint management & improvement
• Sound understanding of management systems
• Sound understanding of HSE legislative requirements
• Awareness of compliance and legal

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones to coordinate with offshore teams.
