As a Test Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team working with high-tech and cutting-edge systems, taking ownership of allocated products and ensuring they're fully tested and ready for delivery. You'll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and support on-time project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing & Quality Assurance

* Deliver fully functional and tested products while adhering strictly to test procedures.

* Accurately document test results and ensure proper sign-off.

* Improve product quality by capturing and reporting data for fault analysis (FRACAS).

2. Problem-Solving

* Diagnose faults quickly and effectively down to the component level.

* Propose actionable solutions for problems encountered during testing.

3. Process Improvement

* Drive test time reduction through Continuous Improvement principles.

* Actively promote and maintain 5S principles (organization and cleanliness).

4. Customer Interaction

* Support customer pre-acceptance visits.

* Occasionally assist with system installations and commissioning at customer sites.

5. Team Collaboration

* Work closely with the Test Team Leader to meet manufacturing targets.

* Contribute to a positive team environment and foster collaboration.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Education: Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HND, HNC, or BTech Level 3).

* Technical Ability:

* Proficient in following test procedures and diagnosing faults.

* IT literacy and awareness of Health & Safety standards.

* Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work on a rotating shift pattern
