Flux Consulting have partnered with a well-established firm of chartered surveyors in London. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Our client is renowned for delivering expert surveying services across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. They pride ourselves on their professional yet personable approach, working closely with clients to provide tailored solutions.

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of building surveying, working alongside experienced professionals on diverse projects.

Your responsibilities will include;

* Conducting building inspections and surveys

* Assisting in the preparation of reports and technical documents

* Supporting project management and contract administration

* Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

* Engaging in defect diagnosis and advising on remedial works

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:

* A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

* A keen interest in developing a career in building surveying

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* A professional and proactive approach to work

* Experience in party wall surveying would also be beneficial
