Lead Maintenance Engineer

Location: Uttoxeter
Salary: £42,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 - 15:30

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Uttoxeter. This role is ideal for a multi-skilled engineer who can balance hands-on maintenance work with project management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduling
Monitor and improve KPIs to drive performance
Lead engineering projects and process improvements
Hands-on maintenance, covering both electrical and mechanical aspects
Support and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
