What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of bar experience – pubs, events, or festivals
- Confident pouring pints, serving drinks, and handling high-volume service
- Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic team players
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Previous festival or large event experience is a big plus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving drinks quickly and efficiently at busy bars
- Using mass dispense or packaged drinks systems
- Maintaining high service standards throughout your shift
- Supporting responsible alcohol service and assisting with bar flow
