Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage a portfolio of high-growth SME clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor.
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement bespoke growth strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Drive business development by identifying opportunities for new client acquisition and expanding existing client relationships.
- Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring excellence in service quality and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to develop their skills and careers.
Essential Skills and Experience - Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of high-growth clients.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute growth strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud accounting systems and financial technologies.
- Ability to delegate effectively and handle complex challenges with professionalism and tact.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and delivering strategic value.
