This is fantastic local opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Personnel Manager to join an innovative local organisation who just keep going from strength to strength.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing extensive administrative support with all aspects of employment policy and procedures

- Producing job advertisements, posting online and sifting through CV’s received to identify suitable candidates

- Liaising with candidates and Department Managers to co-ordinate telephone and face to face interviews

- Issuing offer letters, preparing contracts of employment and checking proof of right to work in the UK

- Collating monthly employees salary information and forwarding to Payroll Department for processing

- Managing any disciplinary issues that occur and administering grievances meetings
