Contracts Manager / Project Manager

Must come from a commercial background and have 5+ Years at Project manager / Contract manager level specialising in fit outs (CAT A/B) .

Our client is a Main contractor in commercial fit-out projects, Coming from a tier 1 Background and Specialising in high-quality Cat A and Cat B refurbishments. with client satisfaction and repeat business a heavy focus. Renowned for creating bespoke environments, they are seeking a skilled Project Manager / Contracts manager to oversee Schemes ranging from £200k - £5 million.

Key Responsibilities

Manage 2/3 Cat A/B fit-out projects at one time
Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any issues.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.Cost & Progress Monitoring: Track costs, manage variations, and report financial and project updates to senior management.

Salary Banding: £55k - £65k plus Pension, Car allowance and great work/life Balance.
