Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the dedication and enthusiasm to make a real difference in a child's education? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Walsall as a SEN Teaching Assistant.

About the Role:
This full-time position involves working closely with a student on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored support to help them thrive in their learning environment. Additionally, you will assist with general classroom duties to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support for a student with SEN, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

* Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering inclusive lessons.

* Support the wider classroom environment, ensuring all students feel engaged and supported.

* Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other targeted strategies.

* Foster a positive and nurturing atmosphere to encourage pupil growth and confidence.

About You:

* Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.

* A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting children.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

* A commitment to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting
