Financial AccountantLocation:County Durham, UKAbout our Client:Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking business committed to providing exceptional product solutions to their clients. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Financial Accountant to join their team.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.       
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP or IFRS.       
• Assist with the audit process, including preparing supporting documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Analyse financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• ACA or  ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience in financial accounting, potentially moving from an Accounting Practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
