Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential

My client is reputable prime residential main contractor, with offices based both in Essex and London.

They are a privately owned business who are financially robust with an enviable client list of consultants, architects, and high net worth individuals.

With an established trading history and owned by experienced industry figures, they are enjoying a growth phase and are 'one to watch' in the London Prime Residential market.

They specialise in the delivery of high specification projects in London's most prestigious postcodes including Kensington and Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, and Hampstead.

Their projects are predominately refurbishments and full fit outs of bespoke residences and luxury apartments, often incorporating basement works, with contract values ranging up to £12m.

Due to a controlled increase in turnover further to new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record as well as previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor working on various prime residential projects with complex basement/ structural elements.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be overseeing the commercial aspects of x2 prime residential refurbishments simultaneously, both circa. £6m in contract value.
