The Senior Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within a dynamic team of 12 professionals, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects, including student accommodation, private residential developments, commercial banks, leisure facilities, and heritage-listed buildings.

This position offers a varied workload, encompassing Employer's Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities.

Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
Strong pre and post contract experience
A RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
