About Us:
We are a warm and welcoming nursery based in Tamworth/Whittington, dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Our dedicated team is passionate about supporting each child's individual development, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team.

Role Overview:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day activities and operations of the nursery. You will provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children, encouraging their development through play, structured activities, and interactions. You will work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and early education to children aged 0-5 years.

* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.

* Observe and record children's progress, ensuring each child's needs are met.

* Promote a positive, friendly, and inclusive atmosphere in the nursery.

* Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and effective operation.

* Maintain safeguarding and health and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

* A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.

* Experience working in a childcare or early years setting.

* A passion for working with children and supporting their development.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies.

* DBS check required (we will support you through this process).
