Residential Surveyor, Covering SW London

Salary c£50,000 - £60,000 + OTE Additional £20,000 / £25,000

Our client, a professional chartered surveying practice who focus typically on London and the M25 region are growing and looking to recruit.

Actively looking to engage with Chartered Residential Surveyors who will focus on providing level 3 surveys to their clients in SW London.

Typically working with clients who are investing approximately £1mn + (prime property space), providng them with a high level of support and advice on their property investment.

On offer we expect the role to pay in the region of £50,000 up to circa £60,000, you will then earn in the region of £20,000 to £25,000 in commission, based on surveys and reports. Average being 4 per week, all being set up and arranged in your diary from the main office.

You will have the opportunity to work remotely or from the office if you wished. you will simply need to be within the SW London area due to the propertys and clients you will be working with.

You will need to be educated and hold AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS.

Overall the position will involve conducting detailed surveys and valuations of residential properties across SW London. Developing and nurturing lasting relationships with clients, guiding them through property transactions.
