An ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor is sought by a forward-thinking construction consultancy to join their growing team in Central London, near Farringdon station. This role will involve delivering Healthcare and Commercial fit-out schemes, assisting with projects from concept to completion within an established consultancy environment.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

In this role, you will assist in the delivery of various healthcare and commercial fit-out schemes, collaborating closely with experienced professionals throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting in project cost management
• Supporting pre and post-contract activities
• Collaborating with the wider team
• Preparing reports and documentation
• Engaging in client meetings and communications

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor requirements

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• Minimum of one year's Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience within a private practice or consultancy
• Basic pre and post-contract knowledge
