Our Food Health and Safety Manager will partner with our kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure that every dish from any of our 11 operational kitchens is created and served to the highest safety standards.

Where will you be working?

Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.


What will you be doing?

  • You will ensure that all food and drink created and served meets the highest safety standards
  • You will partner, coach, and advise F&B management teams in areas such as fire, hygiene, and health and safety standards
  • You will complete regular audits to identify areas for improvement and to maintain our 5 star food safety rating
  • You will develop, maintain and improve all relevant policies and training materials, and deliver any relevant communication and training to our teams
  • In the event of any guest, member, or customer incident regarding food safety, pests, or accidents, you will act as the main point of contact to resolve the issue.
