My client is an award-winning and leading Regional Premium House Builder, committed to delivering high-quality homes across the Northwest, Yorkshire and the Midlands. They have been in the industry for 50 years and has built a renowned reputation for delivering leading premium homes in these regions.

The Role

They are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Manager to manage one of their key developments The ideal candidate will have experience managing high-volume sites, ensuring that all homes are built to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. A passion for quality, an ability to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, and a focus on health and safety will be paramount.

You will oversee the entire construction process, ensuring the smooth running of the site from groundworks through to completion, coordinating various teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, all while maintaining the highest levels of build quality and adhering to company timelines.

Qualifications

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification are essential.

* A valid UK driving license and willingness to travel to sites.

Key Experience

* Proven track record as a Site Manager with a premium house builder, managing large-scale residential developments.

* NHBC Awards such as Pride in the Job or Seal of Excellence will be highly advantageous.

* Extensive knowledge of building regulations, NHBC standards, and health and safety requirements.

* Experience delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management & Delivery:

* Take full ownership of the day-to-day management of a 100+ unit site, ensuring timely delivery of all phases from inception to handover.

* Manage the construction schedule to ensure all targets and deadlines are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

* Oversee site setup, ensuring efficient use of resources and coordination of trades and subcontractors.

* Ensure the site adheres to the company's standards, as well as NHBC, local authority, and health and safety regulations.

* Quality Control & Detail:

* Have an uncompromising eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of the build meets the premium standards expected by our clients.

* Perform regular site inspections to monitor the quality of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.

* Address any defects or deviations from the construction plan promptly, ensuring that quality is never compromised.

* Work closely with NHBC inspectors to ensure all homes are built in compliance with NHBC standards, aiming for NHBC Pride in the Job awards.

* Team Leadership:

* Lead, manage, and motivate site staff, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

* Provide clear direction and support to the site team, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

* Monitor staff and contractor performance, ensuring they have the right tools and information to complete tasks to the required standard.

* Health & Safety:

* Ensure all health and safety policies are implemented and adhered to on site.

* Carry out regular risk assessments, toolbox talks, and health and safety inspections to promote a safety-first culture.

* Maintain all relevant safety documentation and records in compliance with HSE regulations.

* Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and contractors.

* Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality homes, attending to customer needs during the construction phase, and addressing any concerns promptly.

* Organize site visits for clients and keep them informed about the progress of their homes.

This is a Permanent Position offering a competitive salary plus benefits package to the successful candidate (£60,000 - £65,000 + Package)
