2nd Line Support Engineer
I'm lokoing for a skilled Second Line Support Engineer to join my client's IT team. As a key member of the support staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining in-house developed products and providing support to end users.
Responsibilities: - Provide second-line technical support for software solutions.
- Install and configure software products.
- Handle data conversions and imports.
- Perform proactive maintenance on IT systems and software.
- Manage accurate service desk information for effective issue analysis and configuration management.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams.
Requirements: - Proven experience in second-line technical customer support.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with product installations, data management, and virtualization.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, SQL, networking, and firewalls.
Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA).
